The Brief
A BPO that runs customer support, trust and safety and back office for consumer brands wanted a site that sounds like the people it hires. Buyers needed to see how a team is built, where it sits, what it costs and who answers, without a long sales form in the way.
The Approach
Every reply has a name. The hero pairs a customer message with the agent who answers it, in a serif for the customer and a wide grotesk for the reply, over portraits of the four studios. Services, a follow-the-sun view, the six-week process, a weekly report, published rates and a team estimator follow.
The Outcome
A buyer can see the three kinds of work, the four studios and how the queue is handed over, read a real weekly report, price a team and ask for a plan in a few minutes. The pages stay light and quick for a visitor on any device.
About the Project
The site includes Home, Services with customer support, trust and safety and back office, How we work, Rates, Plan a team, Locations, Clients with three case studies and Careers, plus Privacy, Terms and 404 pages.
The visual direction is calm and editorial: a paper page, ink and one ultramarine accent, a light italic serif for the customer and Mona Sans for the reply, daylight photography of real teams, square panels and no shadows. Headlines resolve line by line, photographs reveal behind a curtain and the studios hand the queue over as the clock turns.
Built as a fast static site in Astro with plain TypeScript, GSAP and Lenis, Parley respects reduced-motion settings and works on a phone. The team estimator, plan-a-team form and careers filters are built in.
