The Brief

A design studio needed a portfolio site that could pass its own test — a place whose restraint proves the taste it advertises. The brief was minimalism with consequences: every element had to earn its position, because in a studio’s own site, decoration reads as doubt.

The Approach

We reduced the interface to typography, spacing, and work: a strict grid, a quiet palette, and animation used only to establish sequence. The portfolio runs on a CMS with custom code smoothing the seams, so the studio can publish without breaking the discipline of the layout.

The Outcome

The site functions as the studio’s strongest credential — prospective clients experience the standard before reading a word about it. Projects breathe, the writing has a home, and nothing on the page competes with the work.
