The Brief
A neighbourhood groomer needed a website that answers the questions owners are nervous about before booking: what it costs for my dog, how the pet is dried, and who is holding the scissors. Most grooming sites hide prices behind stock photos, so the brief was a cheerful, honest site that shows both.
The Approach
We built Tubwell around price tags, a groom card and house rules. Prices hang on tags by dog size, every pet gets a card with its coat, cut and notes, and a soft pastel palette with hand-lettered touches keeps the tone playful. It runs on WordPress with Elementor, so the team can edit it.
The Outcome
The site now reads like the shop it represents: owners can price a groom, meet the regulars, see how pets are dried and book from the same page. The shop, self-wash tubs and studio each have their place, and everything stays editable so prices and products can change without a designer.
About the Project
The site includes Home, Grooming with the full price list, a booking request page, the Shop with thirteen products, a Studio page with the house rules and directions, and Privacy and Terms pages. Every price tag, groom card and product is its own editable item.
The visual direction uses soft lilac, peach and mint panels with a blue accent, Bricolage headlines and a hand-lettered note face. Pets peek over the service cards, price tags hang on a line and a groom card fans out like a real index card, so the page feels like the counter of a friendly shop.
Built on WordPress with Elementor, Tubwell keeps sections, layouts and content editable, with custom widgets only for the interactive parts such as the price picker, groom cards and bag drawer. Booking requests are saved inside WordPress.
