The Brief

A photographer needed a portfolio where the interface disappears. Photography sites fail in both directions — chrome that competes with the images, or minimalism so severe the work floats without context. The brief: visuals first, navigation felt rather than seen.

The Approach

We built on Framer with the frame as the design: full-bleed galleries, smooth unforced transitions, and a light and dark theme so the images choose their own ground. The CMS makes shoots publishable in minutes, and the blog gives the practice a voice between commissions.

The Outcome

The portfolio now behaves like a well-hung exhibition — the eye moves from image to image with nothing pulling at its sleeve. Clients see the work exactly as intended on any screen, and the photographer curates it without touching the design.
